1200A 45" I-Line rated for 600VAC, Aluminum enclosure, carbon steel protective frame, certified by UL under UL1640 Portable Power Distribution Panel. CSA Standard for safety for Industrial Control Equipment, CAN/CSA C22.2 No.14 (Canada) tested by ETL.

1200A 600VAC Portable I-Line Panel:

  • 0.090" aluminum enclosure, NEMA 3R powder coated RAL7035
  • Carbon steel frame with forklift pockets and lifting eyelets
  • 1200A 600VAC 3P-5W, 45" spacing I-Line interior
  • Four sets of Male 400A 16 series Camlok Input with snap covers
  • Four large removable gland plates
  • Two small removable gland plates
  • Large clear polycarbonate window
  • Pad-lockable door with four 1/4 turn latches 
  • Bottom access trap door (hardwire out access).

  1. Heavy-duty stainless steel cage.
  2. Lightweight aluminum enclosure, NEMA 3R, powder coated RAL7035.
  3. Four removable side gland plates with five position holes for a total of ten output receptacles.
  4. Padlockable main door with clear polycarbonate window.
  5. 600A 347/600V Square-D I-Line interior.
  6. Two solid 10'' Never-flat casters.
  7. Bottom access lockable trap door for hardwire in/out applications.
  8. Large forklift pockets.



FEATURES

I-Line Panel features:
  • Square-D I-line panelboards are UL/C and UL listed under file E33139.
  • Available with  thermal magnetic, Micrologic and electronic circuit breakers.
  • I-Line circuit breakers, with their exclusive plug-on connection design provide superior reliability and performance advantages.
  • 15-1200A frame circuit breakers requier only a screwdriver and ratcheted firmly onto the bus stack. They are secured in place by a screw.
  • The connectors are an integral part of the I-Line circuit breaker, eliminating the assembly of connectors to the bus bar.
  • The unique line side connection requires no routine maintenance.
  • All test are conducted in accordance with UL67 and CSA C22.2.
  • Solid neutral is mounted in the mains compartment with the main lugs.
  • Available with short circuit current rating (SCCR) up to 200kA (Max. 100kA @600V).
Power Distribution Panel features:
  • 0.090" Aluminum NEMA 3R enclosure, powder coated RAL7035.
  • Heavy duty carbon steel skid with large pockets and lifting eyelets.
  • 1200A MLO I-Line panelboard with 45" spacing.
  • Male 400A 16 series Camlok Input with snap back covers.

  • CAN/CSA C22.2 No.14 Listed and tested by ETL, Industrial Control Equipment.
  • Bottom service trap door for easy access to main lugs for hardwire in/out.

1200A Portable I-Line Panel application:
  • For use as a temporary power distribution system in industrial plant shutdowns/ maintenance.
