Our Service Training Program is designed to provide hands-on instruction and real-world experience to enhance the skills of field service technicians, ensuring they deliver top-tier support to their clients.

    OUR TRAINING 

    combines technical knowledge and personal development, fostering growth and motivation among participants. Through structured courses, on-the-job training, and mentorship from our experienced service team, technicians gain the confidence and expertise to troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize HIPOWER generators effectively.

    EYE is an advanced, easy-to-use system that enables fast and accurate part identification. With multiple search methods available for each specific unit, your parts and service departments will benefit from a significant increase in productivity and accuracy.

    One of the key features of EYE is access to each unit’s Illustrated Parts Catalogue (IPC), giving technicians the ability to view detailed parts breakdowns and consumable kits directly from their laptops. From the field, a technician can instantly send a parts list to their internal department or directly to HIPOWER’s Parts Team for quick responses—including real-time stock availability. Once you create your account, you’ll gain access to a dedicated Private Area with video tutorials to help you get started and explore the full functionality of EYE. Its intuitive interface makes navigation and usage simple from the very first screen.  

    For our international partners—particularly those with models built in HIMOINSA HQ - Spain—you’ll have the ability to switch between HIPOWER and HIMOINSA views to search those units accordingly.
